LADDERS TO HEAVEN is a digital interpretation of the ancient Indian board game "Snakes and Ladders". The one-button jump and run game uncovers the marvelous world of Indian painting to the rhythm of Indian music.
Originally, the game had a religious meaning, describing life as a journey to salvation or enlightenment. Ladders as symbols for virtues facilitate the ascent to heaven, while snakes represent vices and thus revers the efforts.
